番茄红素 制备方法及用途

制备方法

可采用三孢布拉氏霉的两性菌株发酵生产β 胡萝卜素。将三孢布拉氏霉的""和"-"菌株分别在液体培养基中26℃培养48h,将各培养液分别添加于发酵培养基中,用量各为10%左右,发酵两天后,加入β 紫罗兰酮,于发酵温度26~28℃,pH=5 7~7 0条件下再发酵3~6天。然后将培养物用湿热杀死(100℃中10~15min),以阻止胡萝卜素的再发酵分解。发酵培养基中含有油脂,在发酵过程中产生的胡萝卜素溶解在油中,故发酵结束后将菌体过滤掉,胡萝卜素即存在于滤液中。滤液在50~55℃真空干燥,然后用石油醚萃取,再上柱层析,浓缩收集液后即得β 胡萝卜素。""菌株→培养"-"菌株→培养发酵加热过滤 真空干燥萃取柱层析浓缩产品
